SD = Standard Deviation; RPE = Rating of Perceived Exertion; HA = High Activation; LA = Low Activation; freq = Frequency of values in the “high” category (i.e., number of observations labeled as “high”, for instance for HA negative affect, 207 out of 560 responses were coded as high or “1”); LTEQ = Godin Leisure Time Exercise Questionnaire.
